The GLOW stack typically combines GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500. It’s marketed around skin rejuvenation and tissue recovery, but the combination itself has not been validated in controlled human trials.

Potential/researched benefits include:

  • Skin & collagen support — GHK-Cu has evidence, particularly in topical/cosmetic research, suggesting support for collagen, extracellular-matrix remodeling, and skin repair.

  • Hair & scalp support — GHK-Cu is also studied for effects relevant to hair/scalp health.

  • Wound & tissue repair — all three components have been investigated for processes involved in tissue regeneration and healing.

  • Tendon, ligament & muscle recovery — BPC-157 is studied primarily in animal models for soft-tissue and tendon healing.

  • Cell migration & regeneration — thymosin-beta-4 research is associated with cell migration and tissue-repair processes; however, much of this research is on the parent molecule rather than TB-500 itself.

  • Inflammation/recovery — the components are often promoted for reducing inflammation and improving recovery after injury or physical activity.

  • Overall “beauty + recovery” focus — this combination is why GLOW is commonly marketed for healthier-looking skin, hair and nails alongside recovery support.
